What we transfer
Everything in the closet, not just the tapes.
Every format is priced per item and handled the same way: one technician, one building, checked five times before it ships.
Also DVDs and CDs, including scratched or aging home-burned discs, recovered to MP4. Not sure what you have? Call and describe it; we have seen it before.

Every item, one at a time.
Tapes run on professional decks, film is scanned frame by frame to true 4K, photos and slides go through high-resolution scanners, and audio is mastered by hand. Each one is watched by the technician doing it.
Videotape is 480p at the source. That is what the format holds, for any service. What matters is the deck it runs through and the person watching it.
Nothing here is sent on to a second facility or a sub-contractor. Once your box reaches us it stays in this building until it ships back to you.

Real technicians, one building
Worked on by a technician who signs off on it. Never sub-contracted, never sent on to a second facility.
Step 4
Checked five times, shipped back insured
The technician, the studio leader, and your project manager. Then back to your door, insured at declared value.

Maximum liability: the fees you paid, “or $100, whichever is less.”

Tapes, film reels, slides, prints, cassettes, discs, labeled or not. Pack it as it is. We will send the kit, and we will tell you what is worth doing once it is on the bench.
