How do I know if you can restore my photo?

We can improve any photo that is submitted to us. The final result is very dependent on the resolution and clarity of your original photo.

What can you fix with your photo restoration service?

We can repair discoloration, fading, sun bleaching, rips, tears, cracks, creases, marks, scratches, water damage, mold, fire damage, tape and photos stuck behind glass.

What file format can I upload?

We accept jpeg, png, pdf and bmp files.

How do I scan my photo?

We suggest scanning at the highest resolution possible (600dpi-1200dpi recommended). Do not add any enhancements from your software.

What if I do not have a scanned copy of my photo?

No problem! You can just order our easy 3-way ship kit that arrives right to your door to make mailing your photo safe and easy.

Do I get my original photo back?

Of course! We will send back your originals once you approve your restoration.
