There is a good chance that we will not be able to capture your film reel if it is not in a condition that can pass through our machines. The condition of the film has a large effect on digitizing results.

Creating a backup of your memories is a great insurance policy in case anything happens to your original USB drive. Simply plug your USB drive into your computer and open the folder. Click the files you want to move and drag them to the desktop or the folder you would like to store them in.
Yes, access to your videos will expire after 30 days. You will have an opportunity to extend your subscription and keep access to your videos. We offer yearly subscriptions where you can cancel at any time.
If you have purchased a Forever Cloud subscription, simply login to your Forever Studios account and go to "My Cloud". Here you can select and download your videos.
