All work is completed in 2 to 3 weeks. We do offer rush services if you are too excited to wait. Simply select the rush processing option at checkout.

No problem. We will repair each media item for just $10 each. You will be notified of the repair and the amount will be added to your invoice.

Can you combine my audio onto a single CD?

Each audio item will come back to you on its own CD.

Can I edit my files?

If you get digital delivery or a USB, you will receive an mp3 file. This digital file is easy to edit in any audio editing software. Our CD option does not allow any edits, unless you rip the cd on your own.

Do I need to label or order my audio media before sending them to you?

Nope, our intake department will take care of that once your order is here.

Do I receive my audio back after they are transferred?

Yes, all your original media is returned to you at the time your order is complete.

Will the CD work in my CD player?

Of course! All CD's are copyright and protection free. They are formatted to work in a CD player.

Can I edit my CD?

No, please select the digital file option in order to receive an mp3 file that you can edit.

Creating a backup of your memories is a great insurance policy in case anything happens to your original USB drive. Simply plug your USB drive into your computer and open the folder. Click the files you want to move and drag them to the desktop or the folder you would like to store them in.

Yes, access to your audio files will expire after 30 days. You will have an opportunity to extend your subscription and keep access to your music. We offer yearly subscriptions where you can cancel at any time.

If you have purchased a Forever Cloud subscription, simply login to your Forever Studios account and go to "My cloud". Here you can select and download your music.
