How do I download my files from Forever Cloud?

If you have purchased a Forever Cloud subscription, simply login to your Forever Studios account and go to "My Cloud". Here you can select and download your videos.

What can you do with old movie films?

We can digitize your film into files that can be loaded on to your choice of a data disk, Forever Safe USB drive, or Forever Cloud. Learn more here:Film Transfer

Do I need to label or order my media before sending them to you?

We digitize your media in the exact order you provide them to us.

Do I receive my originals back after they are digitized?

Yes, all your original media is returned to you at the time your order is complete.

How long does it take to convert tape to digital?

All work is completed in 2 to 3 weeks. We do offer rushed services if you are too excited to wait. Simply select the rush processing option at checkout.

What if some of my media are in really poor condition?

Our advanced technology is the best in the industry to perform the highest quality scans possible. If you are still not satisfied with your photo scanning you can always order a photo restoration.

What can I do with a large collection of CDs?

Let us digitize your CDs, data disks, and memory cards into digital files that can be loaded on to your choice of a disc set, Forever Safe USB drive, or Forever Cloud. Learn more here: Digital Transfer

Do you enhance my memories?

Yes! Enhancement is included free of charge for every legacy media digitization product we offer.

Will all my media fit on one USB?

Certainly! We will provide a Forever Safe USB large enough to fit all your digitized media.

How do I recover deleted files from a USB drive?

Accidents happen. We keep an archive of all your digital files for up to one year.

How do I backup my USB files?

Creating a backup of your memories is a great insurance policy in case anything happens to your original USB drive. Simply plug your USB drive into your computer and open the folder. Click the files you want to move and drag them to the desktop or the folder you would like to store them in.

Does my digital download link expire?

Yes, access to your media will expire after your subscription period is up. You will have an opportunity to extend your subscription and keep access to your media. We offer yearly subscriptions where you can cancel at any time.

How do I digitize thousands of photos?

We can digitize all your photos, no matter how many, into files that can be loaded on to your choice of a data disk, Forever Safe USB drive, or Forever Cloud. Learn more here: Photo Scanning
