What an easy process! Gaby was so helpful. The before and after on my two wedding photos was amazing! Greg was also very helpful and they do whatever is needed to ensure I was a happy customer with willing to make as many changes before I approved my final proof. The artist is talented and I approved the second proof. They offer many services and gift ideas. Now I am having all my faded photos from my wedding album (that deteriorated after 41 yrs) scanned for my next project.

My Love Of Photography Started Young.

My passion for photography began when I was a kid growing up in Florida. The disposable camera was my first “toy”. I couldn't wait to visit Walgreens and open that sleeve of 4x6 prints on our way out of their store. So, I started tinkering with Photoshop and couldn't believe the improvements I was able to make to our family photographs. Fast forward many years later, and in 2007 Forever Studios opened its doors, with quality professional remastering being one of the first services we offered to folks just like you, nationwide. What file format can I upload to retouch my photo?

We accept jpeg, png, pdf and bmp files.

What if I do not have a scanned copy of my photo?

No problem! You can just order our easy 3-way ship kit that arrives right to your door to make mailing your photo to us safe and easy.

Do I get my original photo back after you retouch it?

Absolutely! After your photo retouching is approved, we will return your original photo to you.

What is the difference between photo retouching & photo restoration?

Photo retouching includes basic color correction and skin, hair, and eye enhancement. A photo restoration repairs actual damage to your photo including severe fading, rips, tears, cracks, water damage, sun damage and the like.

How do you retouch a photo?

Photos are restored by hand by a photoshop artist using photoshop editing tools.

What is included with my photo retouching?

After you approve your retouched photo, we will provide you a digital copy of your photo to download to your computer. You can also order photo prints or photo art.

What can you retouch on my photo?

We correct color and exposure, smooth wrinkles, remove blemishes, whiten teeth, sharpen eyes, remove wrinkles and marks from clothing, remove double chins, and slim and enhance features.

Can you fix my fuzzy photo?

We work with the resolution and detail of the photo provided. We are very limited to what we can do regarding adding clarity or resolution and we may not achieve optimal results.

Can I get photo prints or photo art of my retouched photo?

We specialize in high quality handmade photo art and prints. After your retouched photo is approved, simply add your retouched photo to our photo art page and select your favorite photo art.

What if I want more editing done to my photo?

We suggest visiting our Photo Restoration page for more extensive photo editing to your photo.

How do you improve a photo with photo editing?

We improve every aspect of your photo, including the colors, skin tones, contrast, blemishes, and sharpness.

What is your usual turnaround time?

We strive to have proof of your retouched photo within 3 days from when we receive it.

What if I need my photo retouched in a hurry?

Our standard retouching service can take up to 3 business days to receive your digital proof. We do offer a 1 business day rush service for an additional $20. Simply select rush processing at checkout.

What if I am still unhappy with the job you do?

Unlimited revisions to your photo are included. If you are not satisfied with your restoration, you may give us a different photo to restore or receive a store credit for the full amount of your restoration.

What do I get back?

Our photo retouching service includes a download link of your newly restored digital JPEG file from our Forever Cloud. You can choose to order photo art and prints while placing your initial order or after you approve your digital retouching.
