Yes! We specialize in high quality handmade photo art & prints. Once you approve your photo enhancement you can easily purchase prints or photo art from our collection.

We are limited to the resolution and detail of the photo you provide. If parts of your image have lost all their detail, we are very limited to what we can do regarding adding clarity or resolution. We can not bring back focus in a photo.

This would be considered a reconstruction and additional costs will apply if you decide to have us do additional repairs. reconstruction starts at an additional $50 but may range depending on the amount of reconstructing.

We can colorize your photo if it is currently black and white or greyscale for and additional $20. Please check the "Colorize" option during ordering. Any suggestions on colors may be added in the customer notes section.

Unlimited revisions to your photo are included. If you\nare for not satisfied with your restoration, you may give\nus a different photo to restore or receive a store credit\nfor the full amount of your restoration.

Our photo restoration service includes a download link of your newly restored digital JPEG file on our Forever Cloud. You can choose to order photo art and prints after you approve your digital restoration.

We keep an archive of all your digital files for up to one year. Simply login to your Forever Studios account and reorder another Forever Safe. We will send you a new USB with your files loaded onto it for you.

Creating a backup of your memories is a great insurance policy in case anything happens to your original USB drive. Simply plug your USB drive into your computer and open the folder. Click the files you want to move and drag them to the desktop or the folder you would like to store them in.

Yes, access to your media will expire after your subscription period is up. You will have an opportunity to extend your subscription and keep access to your media. We offer yearly subscriptions where you can cancel at anytime.

If you have purchased a Forever Cloud subscription, simply login to you your Forever Studios account and go to "My cloud". Here you can select and download your ditigized media.
