Counted in front of you, priced per item. $12 a standard videotape. No bundle to fill, no order fee, no invoice arriving after the fact.

You decide what stays
Some of it you will want done now, some later, some not at all. You leave with a plan rather than a receipt.

It never leaves the building
Logged by name, worked on by a technician who signs off on it, checked three times by hand. Then you either pick it up or we ship it back insured.

Maximum liability: the fees you paid, “or $100, whichever is less.”
iMemories Terms & Conditions. Capture’s terms cap at $100 too, “in aggregate for all violations.”
For what it is worth, our own return shipment is insured at declared value, and you are welcome to come and collect it in person instead.
