And that is what prompted us to create the Forever Studios Concierge Team: A customer service team built around availability, responsiveness, personal attention, and transparency.

It doesn&rsquo;t matter how easy your shipping box is to use, or whether or not you have an app for your service, if your entire operation is a &ldquo;black box&rdquo; experience that simply doesn&rsquo;t give people personal attention.

Each of the staff members at Forever Studios has a personal responsibility to document and report any notes or observations about an order they handle, whether that is on intake, during production, or in quality control. And every step of the process, along with all of those notes, are logged in a specially-built, proprietary Project Management system that we developed right here, in-house.
