In most cases, the focus ends up being on two major things: The cost to digitize the old media materials, and the “ease” of the process. And if you have ever had Forever Studios digitize your media, you know that’s something we’re already good at. But what gets lost in that approach, is that without the proper personal attention, it ceases to be easy or intuitive, and we are always looking to go above and beyond.

If a customer doesn’t know what is happening with their treasured memories, and can’t call someone and ask, or worse yet, can’t get a proper response, it creates a huge amount of unease and stress. And that is what prompted us to create the Forever Studios Concierge Team: A customer service team built around availability, responsiveness, personal attention, and transparency.

 

It doesn’t matter how easy your shipping box is to use, or whether or not you have an app for your service, if your entire operation is a “black box” experience that simply doesn’t give people personal attention.

 

Each of the staff members at Forever Studios has a personal responsibility to document and report any notes or observations about an order they handle, whether that is on intake, during production, or in quality control. And every step of the process, along with all of those notes, are logged in a specially-built, proprietary Project Management system that we developed right here, in-house.
