A Champion in Media Digitizing?
Legacybox, is a leading provider of media digitizing services. With a strong reputation and brand familiarity built on earlier work, many people have turned to them for digitizing their home movies and photos since their founding in 2005, handing over thousands of original memories in the form of 8mm film reels, family video tapes, audio cassettes, photos & additional analog media to be converted to digital formats.
But in the search for growth and expansion, Legacy appears to (at least from my research) have lost touch with the core values that made them successful in the first place. There are opinions that the company may not prioritize the care and attention necessary for handling precious memories and irreplaceable media. If you look around the internet many customers are beginning to realize that they may not be the best choice for their media digitization projects.
Why We're Writing This Article
There are plenty of people that might argue that an article like this is in poor taste. We totally understand. Forever Studios offers many of the same services as Legacy Box, and an article that exists to directly point out public opinions and testimonials about them could appear to be in bad taste. But we absolutely, 100% believe in everything we say about why we do what we do here. It is something that is a necessary part of historical family memory preservation. We have no interest in providing anything other than an honest review so consumers searching for the best way to digitize their home movies understand there are options and sometimes being the market leader does not mean you have been or are still the best option to trust.
If that means reposting things about a company that may not be living up to standards you expect from your memories, then that's what we will do. We want potential customers to make an informed decision when choosing a digitizing service, and we believe that Forever Studios dedication to excellence & industry leading analog media digitization process makes us the best choice for their media preservation needs. At the end of the day this is about more than just digital files, thumb drives & digital downloads. It is in fact your precious family history preserved on VHS tapes, 8mm film and photo albums.
There are plenty of other competitors of ours that we actually have a lot of respect for, who don't have the same problems with customer service, processing times, customer complaints, and unsatisfactory quality. It's fair to say we would not write an article like this about iMemories reviews or Nostalgic Media. We also looked at iMemories reviews, and Nostalgic Media reviews. As a whole the same level of complaints that we saw with LB are just not there.
